Dear Lake Buena Vista Resort Village IV, Hotel Condominium Association, Inc. Unit Owner:

 

Enclosed you will find the Proposed 2026 Annual Operating Budget detailing the expenses of the Association that will be presented to the Board of Administration for approval on Wednesday, December 23, 2025.

 

The Association has continued to focus on expense management by carefully reviewing costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. While these efforts have generated savings and helped streamline operations, as we all continue to face rising costs, the proposed 2026 budget reflects a slight increase in assessments of 2.3% compared to 2025 to ensure we can maintain service levels, meet operational needs, and protect the long-term value of the property.

 

Please be advised that the 2026 Budget Meeting for the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village IV, Hotel Condominium Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at the following location:
